What would it look like if the subjects of humanitarian photography became the photographers and documented their own story?

“Stories From the Source” is a photography exhibition featuring work of first-time photographers from around the world. It is facilitated by Picture Change, a Nashville based non-profit, which provides photography training and cameras to students in under-served areas, both locally and internationally.

True to the title, this collection is “Stories From the Source,” powerful yet intimate moments captured by first-time photographers from Nicaragua, India, Montenegro, Uganda, and refugees now living here in Nashville.
